Is designated below: user, any Internet user connecting and using the above-named site: HandyLight. The site is updated regularly by the company HandyLight.
It strives to provide the most precise information possible on the HandyLight site (subject to modifications made since it was put online), but cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information published on its site, whether it is its own doing or that of third party partners who provide this information. Consequently, the user acknowledges using this information given (for information only, not exhaustive and subject to change) under his exclusive responsibility.

The message must be validated by our services before publication.

During this recording, we collect the IP address of the machine that submitted the notice, for filtering and security reasons. This address remains stored on our servers and is not disclosed. You can delete this notice at any time by contacting us by email at contact@handy-light.fr
 

1-8. Withdrawal of consent regarding your personal data

Right of access to your personal data

In accordance with the “Informatique et Libertés” law of January 6, 1978 amended in 2004, the user has the right to access and rectify information concerning him, a right that he can exercise at any time by contacting our IT department. :
